FOUNDER, CEO

Michael founded Canundra having provided consulting and software development for organizations of all sizes for more than 15 years. Prior to founding Canundra, Michael served as CACI’s Executive Director of Customer Experience, Quadrint’s Chief Delivery Officer, an independent technology consultant to defense and law enforcement agencies, a manager at Accenture, a consultant at CSC, and a datacenter technician at Google.

Michael has led multiple enterprise-wide software development initiatives and the formation and daily operations of agile development programs. Michael provides expertise in the end-to-end delivery cycle, including contract initiation, staffing and team organization, agile software development and delivery, business process reengineering, and Dev/Ops support of production systems.

Michael graduated from the University of Virginia with a master’s in Management of IT (MSMIT) and a bachelor’s in mathematics.

VP OF TALENT ACQUISITION & PEOPLE OPERATIONS

With nearly two decades of experience, Marie serves as Canundra’s brand ambassador and Vice President of Talent Acquisition and People Operations, leading all facets of hiring, people operations, culture, and employee well-being.

Her career began at Kforce Staffing, where she built a strong foundation in recruiting through time management, networking, and active listening. She went on to hold roles at GTSI, L3 Communications, IBM, and TASC/Engility before taking on a leadership position at ManTech, supporting a 1,300-person business unit and managing a team of 15 recruiters.

Marie later served as Director of Recruiting at Quadrint, Inc., where she helped drive 43% growth and supported a successful acquisition by CACI. She then joined ARServices, where she expanded her focus to include both talent acquisition and HR, sharpening her ability to support the full employee experience from hiring to retention.

Marie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Frostburg State University and brings a well-rounded perspective to advancing Canundra’s people strategy.

CHIEF SECURITY OFFICER

Amanda serves as Chief Security Officer at Canundra, bringing over 17 years of experience in the defense industry and an extensive background in industrial security.

With a deep understanding of the National Industrial Security Program (NISP), government regulations, and agency-specific protocols, Amanda ensures compliance across all levels of operations. She works closely with executive leadership, government agencies, and internal teams to foster a proactive security culture and uphold the highest standards of protection for personnel, facilities, and information systems.

Throughout her career, Amanda has built a reputation for integrity, attention to detail, and operational excellence in safeguarding sensitive assets. Amanda is committed to staying ahead of evolving threats and regulatory requirements, guiding Canundra's security posture with strategic vision and hands-on experience maintaining the highest standards of protection across both industry and government settings.
